With their traditional campaign, “Stylish on the Outside; Savage on the Inside,” already in place, Lenovo needed an engaging social content series to support their suite of Legion gaming products. We found a surprisingly emotional way to take “inside/outside” a step further with a long form film and some short pieces for paid placements.
Curious about exactly how this went down? Well, we spent money on real people casting and special effects make up. We conducted in depth interviews with the real gamers we found, challenging them to get in touch with their inner savage and to help us, and the make up artists, bring it out.
